Hype Williams - Auteur Theory

This particular piece of works was putting the Auteur theory into practice and we were assigned an "Auteur" but we had to find out what made them an auteur such as a technique that is unique to them like Hype William's fish eye lens which dominated his music videos until he lost production activity and dropped it. What I learnt during this task is that Auteurs often direct films and their unique techniques can often seep into the film enabling the audience to identify who actually created the film or music video before their name is revealed.
